That’s correct this car has 6,395 original miles. This is virtually a new car that is worthy of collector status. With 1982 being the last model year for the third generation Corvette and Chevrolet introduced the Collector Edition package option to celebrate the end of the C3 Corvette which had run for 15 model years. The Collector Edition included; lifting rear hatch glass, special Silver Beige exterior and leather interior, special aluminum wheels, unique decals and emblems, removable glass T-Tops, 6 way power drivers seat, power door locks, electric sport mirrors, cruise control, AM/FM stereo with cassette. The 1982 Collector Edition Corvettes were the first Corvettes with a base price over $20,000 with a $22,537.59 base. This is a very desirable car for anybodies collection and will not last very long.
